This experience has given me a unique advantage. I don't just see a list of tasks - I understand how everything in your business is connected. My time in customer service taught me how to communicate professionally with your clients, my sales background showed me the importance of good follow-up and my management experience taught me how to build efficient systems that save time and prevent headaches.
